About Us: UK Property and Investment Weekly (UKPI Weekly) is the UK's only 

Chinese media firm exclusively dedicated to the financial investment and real estate 

sectors. Due to business development needs, we are expanding our team and are looking 

to employ a talented Marketing Executive to join us by the end of this year.

Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive at UKPI Weekly, you will play a crucial 

role in developing and implementing our online marketing strategies to enhance our 

digital presence and engage our audience. Your role will involve creating, executing, 

and optimizing online marketing campaigns, with a special focus on leveraging Chinese 

social media platforms like WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Red Note), and 

Telegram.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our financial 

investment and real estate content.

• Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various 

channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine 

marketing (SEM).

• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as WeChat, 

Weibo, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Telegram.

• Produce engaging content, including articles, videos, and graphics, tailored 

to our target audience.

• Analyses and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, 

providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with 

company objectives and brand guidelines.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the financial 

investment and real estate sectors.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to 

keep our strategies current and effective.

• Optimize our website for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive 

traffic.

• Manage online advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to 

achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements:

• Hold a UK degree

• Have good communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
